Community Yoga
Move at your own pace and connect with your community. Each Sunday, we’ll explore various different styles of yoga — this class offers a unique experience from week to week. Pay what you can or just simply bring a smile to this donation-based class.

Tuesday
6:00-7:15pm
Hatha Yoga

Intermediate, foundational practice focused on alignment, strength, and balance. This class runs in 6-week sessions. Registration and pre-payment is required. Continuing students are offered priority registration.
Gentle Chair Yoga
Wednesday
9:00-10am
Slower paced class utilizing a chair for seated and standing support to build strength, balance, and flexibility. Designed for beginners, seniors, or those with pain. This course runs in 6-week sessions. Registration and pre-payment is required.
