Community Yoga

​Join us for an all-level drop-in Vinyasa flow. Move at your own pace, and connect with your community. Pay what you can or just simply bring a smile to this donation-based class. Pre-registration is not required.

Tuesday
6:30-7:45pm

 

Hatha Yoga

Intermediate, foundational practice focused on alignment, strength, and balance. This class runs in 6-week sessions. Registration and pre-payment is required. Continuing students are offered priority registration.

 

Gentle Chair Yoga

Friday
9:00-10am

 

Slower paced class utilizing a chair for seated and standing support to build strength, balance, and flexibility. Designed for beginners, seniors, or those with pain. This course runs in 6-week sessions. Registration and pre-payment is required.
